Situated at 12 km distance in the north-east from Chisinau, SALONIS villa responds to the family’s needs into obtain an intimate space indoor and outdoor at same time.  The house is separated in two main areas. In this manner the master bed becomes a private space interconnected with the common area of living room at first floor area. The guest room and bathroom are connected and isolated in the central part of the house, which allows to family’s guests use living, dinning and kitchen as shared common space of the first floor. Kitchen intersects the zone of dinning and goes into living deep area through crafted oak stairs.   Second floor represent a shared working space plus bathroom and separated wardrobe for the two growing girls, having their own separated bedrooms. The claim of household was to improve dining area for guests, as a result was created a terrace connected with dining through sliding window doors; this line is connected also with the kitchen which permits to have family dinners up to 15 persons. The privacy of terrace is kept by the designed concrete fence, which separates the garden view from the street. Whole house is air-conditioned and heated by a geothermal system.
