Exposed concrete, timber panelling and pale mineral surfaces establish a quiet backdrop, while soft furnishings and sculptural lighting introduce tactile and visual contrast.

The living, dining and kitchen areas share a generous volume framed by full-height glazing. Beyond the glass, lively courtyards bring greenery into everyday view, extending the spatial experience into the garden. Sunlight traces the walls and floors throughout the day, revealing the grain of the timber and the subtle texture of the concrete.

In the bedrooms, timber-lined recesses, muted textiles and integrated storage create a more intimate scale. Bathrooms continue the material palette through terrazzo surfaces, glass partitions and suspended fixtures. Across the home, carefully integrated details give practical elements an architectural presence, creating a coherent setting for family life.
