The shared living area becomes the household’s social centre, bringing everyone together through meals, conversation and everyday rituals. Split-level transitions mediate between these collective and private worlds, giving movement through the house a gradual rhythm.Set within a sloping site, the building presents a low horizontal silhouette. From the approach, its broad concrete roof establishes a monumnetal street presence; towards the garden, the terrain reveals the depth of the section. Two principal levels, each divided into two split-level tiers, accommodate garage and utility spaces below and living quarters accessible internally or directly from the street. Recessed terraces form sheltered edges between the rooms and landscape.
