The Uniqua company offering the Netherlands technology of building homes from energy efficient wall panels. The company addressed to the architect with the idea to make a presentation house for local market of Moldova, which would be capable to comprise all the brand new techniques used for the new type of building process. Architect used glazed walls with intention to show new type of living similar to netherland one and new architectural style. The architect achieved all the necessary tasks given by the client, by offering a connected sample of housing with office for the administration workers and vendors. The roof includes the use of energy efficient tiles as solar panels.
